Heart of the Dabie Mountains
Mingshan Village, Qingtian Township, Yuexi County, Anhui Province, is nestled in the heart of the Dabie Mountains at an elevation of 600–1200 meters. Surrounded by mountains, shrouded in mist, and blessed with pure water, it is a natural haven for brewing.
Rich in minerals, the mountain spring water provides ideal conditions for Kun's Fresh brewing.

Tianshan snow-melt water irrigates our rock-hard sugar-heart apples, Shine Muscat grapes, and premium seasonal peaches. With abundant sunshine and significant day-night temperature differences, our fruits accumulate exceptional sweetness and deliver rich, intense flavors.

History
Kunzhixian's brewing technique originates from the Northern Song Dynasty's "Beishan Jiujing," a classic text from the reign of Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty. This ancient manuscript documents the traditional method involving double fermentation and double distillation.
